Gestures
The gestures you already know.
Tap to click, two-finger scroll, and use three-finger drag. Swipe with four fingers for Mission Control, app windows, and Spaces. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in apps that support trackpad magnification.
Tap gestures, page swipes, dragging, pinch zoom, and app and Space gestures can be adjusted in Controls.

Your surface, your setup.
Choose Matte Aluminum, Satin Plastic, Leather, Woven Fabric, or Silicone. Pick a finish or custom color, then tune speed, adaptive speed, natural scrolling, and touch impressions.
Quick Actions can sit in the toolbar or along the edges, with layouts saved separately for portrait and landscape. Optional mouse buttons add dedicated left and right click targets.

How it works
From setup to your first swipe.
01
Install on both devices
Open Duo Trackpad on your Mac and on your iPhone or iPad. Both devices use the same iCloud account to establish trust.

Allow the connection
Approve the Bluetooth or Local Network prompts you plan to use. On your Mac, grant Duo Trackpad pointer-control access in System Settings and restart the receiver if prompted.

Start moving
Keep the Mac receiver running. Duo finds the Mac, selects an available connection, and turns the device screen into your touch surface.
A cable can be used when your devices expose a USB network connection. Available paths depend on device and system setup.
Connection
Know when you're connected.
The connection indicator shows the active path and quality. Open its details to see recent round-trip timing and reconnect when needed.
Do I need the same iCloud account?
Yes. Sign in to the same personal iCloud account on both devices so Duo can securely connect them. Pointer input then travels over the selected connection between your devices.
Which gestures work?
Pointer movement, clicking, two-finger scrolling, drag, page swipes, four-finger Mac shortcuts, and supported app pinch zoom. Some shortcuts and zoom behavior depend on macOS and the app you're using.
Can I use an iPhone instead of an iPad?
Yes. Duo Trackpad supports both. The touch surface and Quick Action layout adapt to the available screen space, and the iPad app works well in a window alongside your other apps.
